Not at all. Many of my regular clients prefer to head off to work, run errands or simply enjoy some time out while I take care of their home.
If you'd like, you're welcome to provide a spare key for future visits. Every key is securely stored in a locked safe, labelled discreetly, and is only accessed when required for your scheduled appointments. Your home's security and your privacy are incredibly important to me, and I treat them with the utmost care and respect.

Yes. I bring everything needed to complete your service using professional-quality cleaning products and equipment.
If you have preferred products or specific requests, I'm more than happy to use those instead.

Payment can currently be made via bank transfer or card. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.
Life happens, and I completely understand.
I simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another household.
A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
